Ask for a review every time an invoice is paid
When a QuickBooks Online invoice is paid, PraisePipeline asks that customer for a review after the delay you choose. They leave it in about a minute, you approve what shows on your website, and every customer is offered a one-click path to Google.
Connects QuickBooks through 14-day free trial, no card required
How it works
- 1
An invoice is paid
A Zap watches QuickBooks for a New Paid Invoice or New Sales Receipt and sends the customer to PraisePipeline.
- 2
PraisePipeline asks, once
After the delay you choose, the customer gets one friendly email, and isn’t asked again within 60 days.
- 3
The review lands where it counts
They review in about a minute. You approve what shows on your website, and every customer is offered a one-click path to Google.
Set it up in a few minutes
- 1Start your free trial, then in PraisePipeline open Integrations, click Connect on Zapier, and copy your connection URL.
- 2Add the PraisePipeline app to your Zapier account. It works on Zapier’s free plan, unless Zapier labels QuickBooks a premium app.
- 3In Zapier, create a Zap with QuickBooks as the trigger:
- New Paid Invoice asks once an invoice is paid, usually the right moment for a service
- New Sales Receipt for sales you record as receipts
- 4Add PraisePipeline → Send Review Request as the action, paste your connection URL, and map Customer Email to the customer’s email on the invoice or sales receipt. Test the step, and turn the Zap on.
Good to know: If an invoice’s customer has no email address in QuickBooks, the step halts. Add the email to that customer in QuickBooks, and future invoices include it.
Full QuickBooks setup guideQuestions about QuickBooks and PraisePipeline
No. PraisePipeline’s Zapier app works on Zapier’s free plan, which covers two-step Zaps like this one. You’d only need a paid Zapier plan if the other app is one Zapier labels premium, and Zapier tells you when you pick the trigger.
No request can go out for it, so the Zapier step halts with a short explanation instead of failing. It doesn’t use a Zapier task or pause your Zap. PraisePipeline also flags it on your Integrations page, so a wrongly mapped field doesn’t go unnoticed. For customers who never give an email, use your review QR code.
No. Each customer gets one email per sale, after the delay you choose, and isn’t asked again within 60 days, however often they come back.
QuickBooks and Zapier are trademarks of their owners. PraisePipeline connects to QuickBooks through Zapier and isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by either.
