You paste one snippet of embed code into your site, once. After that, every review you approve appears there automatically, and you can change the layout and card style from your dashboard without touching the snippet again. It’s a standard embed, so it works on WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify themes and anywhere else that lets you add custom HTML.
No. Each sale gets one email, sent after a delay you choose. Anyone asked in the last 60 days isn’t asked again, however often they buy.
On your website, nothing appears until you approve it. On Google, every reviewer is offered the link regardless of rating, because Google prohibits inviting only happy customers. In practice, happy customers are the ones most likely to post.
