Why it converts

Everything between “a sale happened” and “a review went public”

One click to Google

After submitting, the customer's words are already copied and they land in your Google review box. The friction that kills 9 out of 10 Google reviews — gone.

You approve what goes public

Every review lands in your dashboard as pending. Nothing shows on your website until you say so.

Reviews on your own site

A paste-in widget shows approved reviews anywhere you can edit HTML. Four layouts, updates itself.

Restraint, built in

Seven-day wait, one ask per order, 60-day cooldown for repeat buyers. Customers never feel spammed — and your sender reputation stays clean.

The dashboard

Every review, one quiet dashboard

Moderate, reply, and watch trends — without living in another tab.

  • Approve or hide reviews before they go public
  • Tag analytics — see whether it's speed, service, or value winning you stars
  • Alerts the moment a review lands, digests for the team
  • Invite your team — everyone works the same queue

We went from 12 Google reviews to 74 in two months. I did nothing except approve them.

The pause before asking is the trick. Customers reply like it's a friend checking in, not a bot.

Set it up on a Tuesday lunch break. It's the only tool we pay for that I never think about.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

No. Connecting your store is copy-pasting a link into Stripe, Shopify, or WooCommerce settings, and the website widget is a paste-in snippet. If you can edit your store settings, you can set this up.

The opposite — restraint is built in. One ask per order, sent a week after purchase, and a customer who was asked recently won’t be asked again for 60 days, no matter how often they buy.

On your own website, you decide what gets published — every review waits in your dashboard for approval. On Google, the review is between your customer and Google; we show the Google invitation to every reviewer regardless of rating, because Google’s rules prohibit inviting only happy ones. In practice, delighted customers are far more likely to take that step.

Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce, Zapier, and Salesforce out of the box — plus a generic webhook that works with anything that can send an HTTP request.

Almost any business that sells to customers — e-commerce shops, local services, agencies, restaurants, trades, software. The one exception: we don’t currently support healthcare organizations subject to HIPAA.

Every plan starts with 14 days free, no card required, with your first 25 review requests included. That’s plenty to connect your store, let the pipeline run, and watch real reviews arrive before you pay anything. The cap also keeps the platform clean — it makes the trial useless for anyone trying to send email that isn’t a genuine review request.
