Ask for a review when a Salesforce deal closes
When a deal closes in Salesforce, PraisePipeline asks that contact for a review after the delay you choose. They leave it in about a minute, you approve what shows on your website, and every customer is offered a one-click path to Google.

How it works
- 1
A deal closes
A Salesforce Flow sends PraisePipeline the contact when a deal closes.
- 2
PraisePipeline asks, once
After the delay you choose, the customer gets one friendly email, and isn’t asked again within 60 days.
- 3
The review lands where it counts
They review in about a minute. You approve what shows on your website, and every customer is offered a one-click path to Google.
Set it up in a few minutes
- 1Start your free trial, then in PraisePipeline open Integrations, click Connect on Salesforce, and copy your webhook URL.
- 2In Salesforce Setup, create a record-triggered Flow that runs when an opportunity is closed won, with an asynchronous path.
- 3On that path, add an HTTP Callout action that POSTs JSON to your PraisePipeline URL.
- 4Send the contact’s email as ContactEmail and their name as ContactName.
Good to know: Building the Flow uses Salesforce’s admin tools, so it’s best done by whoever manages your Salesforce org. Salesforce Outbound Messages aren’t supported: they send XML, and PraisePipeline expects JSON.
