Ask every Shopify customer for a review

Set it up in a few minutes

  1. 1Start your free trial, then in PraisePipeline open Integrations, click Connect on Shopify, and copy your webhook URL.
  2. 2In Shopify admin, go to Settings → Notifications → Webhooks and click Create webhook.
  3. 3Choose the Order payment event and the JSON format, and paste your PraisePipeline URL.
  4. 4Click Send test in the webhook’s menu. The Shopify card in PraisePipeline switches to Active.

Good to know: Point-of-sale and draft orders often have no customer email, so no request goes out for them. PraisePipeline flags these on your Integrations page. Optionally, paste the signing secret your store shows for the webhook into PraisePipeline, so every event’s signature is verified.
