Ask every Stripe customer for a review
Every Stripe payment or Checkout sale can ask that customer for a review, automatically, after the delay you choose. They leave it in about a minute, you approve what shows on your website, and every customer is offered a one-click path to Google.

How it works
- 1
A payment comes in
Stripe tells PraisePipeline the moment a payment or Checkout sale completes.
- 2
PraisePipeline asks, once
After the delay you choose, the customer gets one friendly email, and isn’t asked again within 60 days.
- 3
The review lands where it counts
They review in about a minute. You approve what shows on your website, and every customer is offered a one-click path to Google.
Set it up in a few minutes
- 1Start your free trial, then in PraisePipeline open Integrations, click Connect on Stripe, and copy your webhook URL.
- 2In Stripe, open Workbench → Webhooks, click Create an event destination, and choose the Snapshot payload.
- 3Select the checkout.session.completed and charge.succeeded events, choose Webhook endpoint, and paste your PraisePipeline URL.
- 4Your next sale switches the Stripe card in PraisePipeline to Active.
Good to know: Stripe only includes an email when the customer gives one. In-person (Terminal) payments usually don’t, so for counter sales use your review QR code. Optionally, paste the signing secret your store shows for the webhook into PraisePipeline, so every event’s signature is verified.
