Ask every WooCommerce customer for a review

Every WooCommerce order can ask that customer for a review, automatically, after the delay you choose. They leave it in about a minute, you approve what shows on your website, and every customer is offered a one-click path to Google.

Built in: connect WooCommerce in PraisePipeline, no Zapier needed14-day free trial, no card required

How it works

  1. 1

    An order is paid

WooCommerce tells PraisePipeline each time an order is paid.

  2. 2

    PraisePipeline asks, once

After the delay you choose, the customer gets one friendly email, and isn’t asked again within 60 days.

  3. 3

The review lands where it counts

They review in about a minute. You approve what shows on your website, and every customer is offered a one-click path to Google.

Set it up in a few minutes

  1. 1Start your free trial, then in PraisePipeline open Integrations, click Connect on WooCommerce, and copy your webhook URL.
  2. 2In WordPress admin, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Webhooks.
  3. 3Add an Active webhook with topic Order updated and your PraisePipeline URL as the delivery URL.
  4. 4Save it. WooCommerce’s ping switches the WooCommerce card in PraisePipeline to Active.

Good to know: Only paid orders (Processing or Completed) are asked, so a failed or pending payment never gets a request. Make sure your checkout requires a billing email, since that’s where the request is sent. Optionally, paste the signing secret your store shows for the webhook into PraisePipeline, so every event’s signature is verified.
